How do I place an order?

It's super simple to buy with us! 
In order to help you, we've prepared a short step-by-step guide below:


1 - Select the product you wish to buy;

2 - Choose the right size/color/variant;

3 - Make sure to check the quantity - Remember we have our unique promo 2+1!

4 - Click on the ‘Add to cart’  buttom;

5 - Review all items in your cart - if you’re ready to finalize your order, click on ‘Checkout’;

6 - Finalize your order by filling out all the information needed in the checkout page: Customer Information, Shipping Address, Billing Address, Shipping Method, Payment Information and Coupon if there's any;

7 - Now you're only one step of completing your order! Review all your order and click on ‘Complete Order’ to finally set the wheels in motion for your package to come flying home ;-)


Can I add a non-English shipping address?

Since we ship orders worldwide, our website and services are based on English. All the information required for shipment should be written in English. We also require you to add a telephone or mobile number along with shipping address, so the carrier can easily contact you.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We're really quick at packing your order up which means we are only able to make changes in your order within 24h after you've placed it. This includes, delivery address, color, variant, etc.


If you wish to request a change in your order, please contact us ASAP so we can check your order's status in our database. 


How do I cancel my order?

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are only able to cancel your order if it has not been processed at our warehouse - within 24h. In case your order is already forwarded to the carrier, unfortunately, we can't cancel it, so it is important to contact us ASAP.

What should I do if I don't like my product or it doesn't fit?

You're the master and we'll make sure to solve this for you. If, for any reason, you're not fully happy with your purchase, you can decide to proceed with one of the following options:

1 - Return the product for a free reshipment or full refund;

2 - Keep the product and receive a store credit or 50% refund;


Please note the customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Also please note that these options are applied only for cases where there are no issues with product quality. 

I accidentally ordered more than 1 product - What should I do?

Don't panic! We're here for you :) 

In that case it's important that you contact us ASAP, so we don't ship the item you incorrectly ordered.

Please note that if your order is already shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel it.
